Tasks for Volunteers

The following positions need to be filled

Tent Supervisor

Every tent will have two tent supervisors, who will accompany 6-8 children for the whole week. They will be the primary person of trust for the children, they should stay for the whole week.

Chaperon or activity supervisor

The chaperons will be assigned to different camp activities (e.g. games, hikes)and are responsible for one station for 2-3 hours at a time and might be assigned also to other activities.

Kitchen team

The kitchen team consists out of 4 – 5 people and is responsible for cooking all meals (for about 60-70 persons) at the KidsCamp. If possible they should be there for the whole week, so that the team is «well-rehearsed» in the kitchen.

Medical team

About 2 persons are responsible for the medical support and take care of all small injuries that could happen. Medical training is necessary for this position.

Infrastructure and stand-in

At the KidsCamp we need various other help too: From installing and dismantling the whole infrastructure to night watch and medical support – we need (flexible) helpers, who are willing to tackle different (smaller) tasks as well.
